Welcome to GraceFaith Counseling

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, processing difficult experiences, navigating a major life transition, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others, therapy can provide a space for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

At GraceFaith Counseling, I offer a warm, supportive environment where adults, teens, children and parents can explore challenges, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

How I Can Help

  • Anxiety Therapy

Support for anxiety, overthinking, panic, stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and emotional overwhelm.

  • A minimalist scene with a beige ceramic vase holding a leafy green branch, a lit white candle in a clear glass holder, and a wooden surface with a textured beige curtain and sunlight casting shadows on the wall.

    Trauma Therapy

Support for difficult experiences, painful memories, childhood wounds, and feeling stuck in survival mode.

  • Calm water with ripples, surrounded by green foliage and smooth stones, illuminated by soft sunlight.

    EMDR Therapy

Evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing experiences.

  • Shadow of two women facing each other, cast on a beige wall with sunlight filtering through green leaves from a tree.

    Teen Therapy

Supporting teens with anxiety, self-esteem, friendships, emotional regulation, school stress, homeschool-related challenges, life transitions, and growing confidence.

  • A wooden signpost with five arrows reading 'New Beginnings,' 'Change,' 'Growth,' 'Opportunities,' and 'Ahead' on a dirt path in a grassy field during sunrise or sunset with mountains and clouds in the background.

    Life Transitions

Support through divorce, career changes, parenting transitions, grief, relocation, personal growth, spirituality and more.

  • A row of dominoes on a wooden surface with words related to relationship issues, including 'Misunderstanding,' 'Stress,' 'Distance,' 'Poor Communication,' 'Resentment,' 'Trust Issues,' 'Disconnection,' 'Strained Relationship,' 'Emotional Withdrawal,' 'Conflict,' and 'Breakdown'.

    Relationship Challenges

Improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and create healthier connections in romantic relationships, friendships, family dynamics, and workplace relationships.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma therapist, I help adults, teens, children and parents navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and stuck patterns. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

To support mind-body wellness, I offer holistic and sensory grounding tools right in my office. This includes tactile and creative objects (sandtray therapy with figurines, crystals, fidget tools, engraved intention stones), weighted and heated blankets, instant ice packs, aromatherapy, and auditory tools (safe and sound protocol, rain drums, binaural beats, and calming music). These sensory interventions help regulate your nervous system when you feel anxious and overwhelmed (hyperarousal) or numb and shut down (hypoarousal).

As a Reiki Master, for clients wanting alternative mindfulness tools, I can include non-touch (hands-hovering) Reiki in our sessions. Reiki is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It is strictly an optional tool to help you slow down, reduce physical stress, and reconnect with yourself.
