Meet Nicole Barrett, LCSW-FL

I founded GraceFaith Counseling from a deep belief that healing becomes possible when people are truly seen, supported, and accepted. The name GraceFaith represents two guiding values: offering grace to ourselves and to others as we navigate life’s challenges, and holding faith in our capacity to heal, grow, and move forward through difficult seasons. Though these values arise from my personal journey, GraceFaith Counseling welcomes individuals of every background, culture, identity, faith, spiritual belief, and life experience.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma therapist, I work with adults, teens, and parents who are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, divorce or separation, loneliness, life transitions, and persistent patterns that leave them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or not good enough. I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients including those with ADHD, OCD, and autism helping them deepen self-understanding and build lives that reflect and honor their unique strengths.

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies and embodied practices to support lasting healing and meaningful change. I draw from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and IFS-informed (Internal Family Systems) parts work, alongside somatic techniques and other holistic modalities. This blend allows me to tailor treatment to each person’s needs addressing trauma and symptom relief while also fostering greater self-compassion, resilience, and agency.

I remain committed to ongoing professional development, pursuing advanced training in evidence-based therapies and mind-body approaches so I can offer the highest quality care. At GraceFaith Counseling, my goal is to create a collaborative, safe, and compassionate space where you can explore your story, reclaim your strengths, and take steps toward a more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling life. If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to walk alongside you.
